In today's meeting, unanimously the decisions of the meeting of the last 03-10-2017 date are read and approved.

Implementation and progress of different departments / agency based activities.

Discussion on the progress of various different organizations / organizations. During the discussion,

(A) Agriculture Department: - Abdur Rahman Dhali, Deputy Assistant Agriculture Officer, Konda Union, has advised 80 farmers about various problems in last 2 months. 17 farmers in C. Eye. G team has been trained. He also said that the government of Bangladesh reduced the price of urea fertilizer by 200 / = per person. Asking for cooperation of all about the farmers in which the farmers are not harmed.


Decision: In the next meeting, with the consent of all, requested to submit detailed report of the Department of Agriculture. Decision to stay informed about all matters. And expressed satisfaction for the reductions in urea fertilizer prices.


(B) Animal resources: In the union, fish and animal resources are discussed. As per Livestock Volunteer Work, Dr. Shahidul Islam Union is engaged in the responsibility of Animal Resources Department. He said that the type of medicine papers are not allocated. It is very sad to say that the farmers of this Konda union are being deprived of that service.


Decision: In the next meeting, the chairman will make all the decisions that will be presented in the meeting of the Upazila Coordination Committee.


(C) Health and Safety Department: - The activities of the Health Family Planning Department are discussed. During the discussion, the inspector of the Health Inspector and Family Planning Department confirms that the departmental activities are being pursued in a wide way. Health inspector said that the need for tube well in Jazira community clinic Due to the need for soil mobilization at the Pangaon Community Clinic Otherwise there is a possibility of building damage. Inspecting Health Inspector Md. Azharul Islam and seeking cooperation from all.


Decision: Concerned over the topic of discussion, the chairman of the concerned committee will be taking the necessary steps to solve the problems mentioned above. The Chairman, in the subsequent meetings of the departmental staff, expressly expresses in writing the progress of the work in writing.


(D) Regarding NGOs: At present, there is no official / representative of the NGO organizations working in this union, who are unharmed, without getting any information.


In the upcoming meeting, the NGOs will be notified for the relevance of the NGOs.
