Agricultural Information and Communication Center (AICC) is an ICT based information service center run by farmers established at grassroots level. Through these AICCs established at the village level, the farmers themselves do the job of taking and distributing information services among themselves. All ICT materials (computers, laptops, printers, modems, cameras etc.) are provided in these centers. Expert advice is being provided through online video conferencing from agricultural information service to agricultural consultants. As a result, the opportunity of obtaining information among marginalized people has increased. Currently, 499 centers are operating in the country. The survey found that 22-25 people daily benefited from the information services from each AICC.
